Our Basic Handgun Safety Class is designed for new or inexperienced shooters who want to build a solid foundation in safe and responsible firearm handling. This course focuses on the essential skills and knowledge needed to operate a handgun confidently, consistently, and—most importantly—safely. What You’ll Learn: The Four Fundamental Firearm Safety Rules Proper Grip and Stance for control and consistency Sight Alignment and Trigger Control to improve accuracy Loading and Unloading Procedures, including administrative loading/de-loading Basic Malfunction Clearing and safe handling practices Gross Motor Skill Techniques for high-stress, real-world application This hands-on class emphasizes repetition, safe habits, and the development of essential skills that apply to both live-fire and dry practice environments.
