Advanced Critical Self Defense

Advanced class following the Critical Self Defense for Survival

Service Description

This amazing course is built off the CSDFS class, but takes it to a new level. We will demonstrate proper close fighting techniques, ground fighting, joint locks and effectively escaping a ground attack successfully. Gain the skills and education necessary to defend yourself against an attacker and be prepared to respond swiftly!
