Critical Self Defense for Survival

Service Description

Participants will be taught how to develop Situational Awareness to avoid confrontations and defend yourself when you cannot avoid them. In addition, participants will learn empty hand strategies to use during an attack. We will also demonstrate and instruct several simple, yet effective techniques to defend yourself from an attacker. This course will include a discussion about developing situational awareness, effective skills to fight off an attacker with demonstration and active participation. We ensure there is plenty of practice time for each technique.
